KurzImmo offers you maintenance and servicing for your apartment. You choose between two service packages:

  • Weekly cleaning
  • Bi-weekly cleaning

The cleanings include:

  • General cleaning work
  • Thorough dusting
  • Polishing the furniture
  • Picking up the soils
  • Hygienic disinfection of sanitary toilet facilities
  • Thorough cleaning of the kitchen

The costs depend on the size of your apartment:

  • For a two-room apartment we calculate 2 hours per week at CHF 50.- (including VAT and cleaning materials).
  • We offer you the monthly service in two-week intervals for a two-room apartment for CHF 200.-
  • For the monthly service at weekly intervals, we offer you a two-room apartment for CHF 350.-.
